Tribemaster Message # 136 – Tropical Storms

LATEST REPORT FROM TRIBMASTER

It’s been a disaster of a week. We’ve been caught in the middle of a tropical storm for the past three days. Gusting winds, rain and huge seas have seen a lot of our stuff go overboard, the boat swamped with water and some terrifying moments.

There was a plus side – we’ve managed to collect some rainwater which will probably last us for another week or so. We’re pretty sure we can’t be far from some of the bigger tropical islands in the area. The tropical storms and the warmer climate are a sure sign.

We’ve seen a lot of sharks lately too – they circle the boat for a while and then disappear. They keep coming back and Tribemaster wonders if they know something that we don’t. Perhaps they’re looking for a free meal.

Most of us are feeling okay – we’re not too dehydrated and we’re keeping out of the sun. But one person isn’t doing so well. Tribemaster will keep a close eye on them and if their condition worsens then something will have to be done.

Tribemaster will keep in touch.

Stay tribal…
