Tribe Series 4 Location Report – Week 16

THE LAST WEEK OF FILMING!

The cast, crew and production team have been racing around like wild things in the last week of shooting. The countdown has begun to the wrap of Tribe series IV and all the scenes left to shoot must be completed by Friday.

Mud, mud, glorious mud!

The scenes

Yes indeed, 84 scenes were filmed this week which makes a grand total of 68.24 minutes shot!

The Parallel unit was used for 2 days out of 5 with several extras used in scenes shot at the studio and on location.

The locations

The locations used this week were at Keneperu Hospital, Kaitoke Regional Park and in and around Cloud 9 Studios.

Make a start!

The earliest Crew Call was 05.50am for the unit team on the Main Unit on Thursday.

The latest Crew Call was at 08.00am for the Main Unit on Friday, their last day of the shoot.

The earliest call for our cast was 05.25am for both Beth Allen and Antonia Prebble.

The latest pick-up this week was for a top secret member of the cast at 13.50pm on Friday.

And it got muddier and muddier…

The weather

It wasn’t meant to rain so much but it did and cast and crew were literally stuck in the mud at some of the outdoor locations used this week!

Here’s the record of the weather in week 16 of the production:

Monday 3rd December
Rain clearing, southerlies developing.

Tuesday 4th December
Mild with cloud and fine breaks, a few patchy showers at times.

Wednesday 5th December
Rain easing to drizzly showers, southeast winds.

Thursday 6th December
Humid and cloudy with drizzle showers. Some sunny spells from late morning.

Friday 7th December
A few showers, but long fine breaks also.
