Over 20,000 Gather round
On Sunday 25th June the world’s first Tribal Gathering was held during the Cloud 9 Studios open day outside of Wellington, New Zealand.
Over 20,000 people visited the studios and enjoyed the day’s programme of events which included the Tribe cast appearing and performing live, celebrities, charity auctions, fashion parades, competitions, games and much more.
The aim of the day was to raise money for the Cloud 9 Children’s Foundation which is contributing funds for a CAT-scan for the Starship Children’s Hospital and raising funds for Ronald McDonald House, which cares for terminally ill children.

Tribe “Bloopers” Video
One element of the Tribal Gathering/Cloud 9 Studios Open Day in New Zealand was the screening of world exclusive behind the scenes footage of making the Tribe.
The footage catches some outtakes and “bloopers” when members of cast accidentally fluffed their lines or when mistakes happened that were caught on camera.

Back in town
Dwayne Cameron (BRAY), Caleb Ross (LEX), Michelle Ang (TAI-SAN) and Meryl Cassie (EBONY) are now back in Wellington at the Cloud 9 studios after their two week promotional tour to Europe.
The four had a very busy but enjoyable time and had loads of interviews, meetings, appearances and performances.

Series 3 Production Latest
At the time of writing it is Monday 26th June – and filming of Tribe Series 3 starts shooting in one week on Monday 3rd July!
All the Tribe cast and crew are now assembled at the Cloud 9 studios in New Zealand and are getting ready for the start of the six-month production shoot.
The storylines for Series 3 are top secret but we can reveal that there are one or two brand new characters who have joined the Tribe cast – and there are many surprises planned which we hope you’ll love!
Another surprise is the return of a few “old” faces…
So there are lines to learn, scenes to rehearse, costumes to get fitted – and you can check out all the latest action by visiting the Location Report section of Tribeworld.
Exclusive New Zealand news – The Tribe is back!!
We are delighted to advise that the Tribe is returning to New Zealand television screens on TV3 from Saturday July 1st!
You can now watch the show in NZ on TV3 every Saturday at 18.30 pm.
